Every appointment has a link. It arrives by email, from your WhatsApp, as a copied message or by QR code. Whoever receives it confirms, reschedules or cancels in the browser, with nothing to install, and reminders go out by email and as a phone notification for those who asked.

What you can do with it

From your WhatsApp, when you want
The dashboard opens the conversation with the message and link ready, from your number. For another app, copy the message or show the QR code. The appointment email goes to anyone who left an address.

A page for each appointment
Day, service, address with a map and what to bring. Confirming, rescheduling or canceling takes seconds, in the language of the phone of the person booking.

Reminders the day before and close to the time
The confirmation arrives by email, with the time for the calendar, and reminders go out the day before and 1, 2 or 3 hours ahead, as you choose.

Phone notification, no app
On the appointment page, the person booking turns on a browser notification that arrives before the time, even with the page closed. On iPhone, with the page on the Home Screen.

Ruche's official WhatsApp and Telegram
Those who prefer it get the confirmation on Ruche's official WhatsApp or on Telegram, with buttons to reschedule or cancel in the chat. What the bot does not understand reaches you in Conversations.

Your number protected and discreet messages
Ruche never sends an automatic message from your WhatsApp. In health care and therapy, messages go out without the service name: only the business, the day, the time and the link.
