30 days of Team, free. When you sign up, you get every Team feature for 30 days, with no card required. After that, your account moves to Free. There's no charge, your data is kept and you only subscribe if you choose to.
Founder price. Were you already using Ruche before billing began? When you subscribe, you pay the founder price, for as long as the subscription is active. Your price appears in the dashboard, under Settings, Plan.

What counts as an appointment?
Each new appointment booked in the month, through the dashboard or your page. Rescheduling does not count again, and the count resets on the 1st.
What if I go over the monthly limit?
Your page keeps accepting bookings: no client is left without a time because of the plan. Only the dashboard asks you for the next plan before you create new appointments, until the month turns over.
Do I need to pay to start?
No. The account starts with 30 days of Team, with no card. After that, it stays on Free, with no charge, until you choose a plan. On Free, email campaigns do not go out: they come with Start, Solo and Team. Those who already used Ruche before billing began pay the founder price when they subscribe, for as long as the subscription is active.
How will I pay?
On the website, by card or Pix, and through the Apple and Google stores when the apps arrive. The price is the same everywhere.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, whenever you want and in the dashboard itself. No lock-in and no penalty, and your data stays yours.
Does the price change from country to country?
Yes. Each country pays in its own currency, with tax included.
