Access that suits the person
Invite by email or generate a first-access code to print, show or send by WhatsApp. Someone without an email can sign in with a username and create their own password.

What will they do in the dashboard?
When adding them, choose the access to match the work: serve clients, take payments, manage, or stay in Own space only, without schedule or clients. The person sees only what their role and permissions allow.

The team's week
Each professional has their own hours, days off and services. If you allow it, reception organizes the week of those who serve clients; who changed what is recorded.

Handles staff matters (HR)
The owner can allow the manager or reception to handle the team's payments. HR does not open the owner's pay or the managers' pay.

Employment type and agreed pay
Store the employment type, the amount or the agreed rule and the country's pay calendar. The national holidays in the packages were checked against official sources; local holidays are marked in the business.

Preview before closing
See the period, the commissions, the advance and the vouchers before confirming. The closing stores a snapshot and creates the bill; the notice that a payment is coming appears without amounts.

Payslip and Your earnings
Attach the payslip and record the deductions and net amount reported by your accountant. Each person can view their own earnings. Ruche stores these numbers, without calculating payroll or tax.

Past payments
Enter earlier payments by hand or import a spreadsheet. Check the data and choose whether the payment already made goes into the cash register, without duplicating the expense.

Partners and ownership
Record each partner's stake, profit withdrawals and contributions. The owner can request a transfer of ownership, which the partner must accept. The stake is informational, with no profit calculation.

Accounting with its own access
Invite the accounting firm by email to view the permitted data and export the accounting month. Ruche records what the accountants opened and did.

Confidentiality with a log
The team list does not show salaries. When someone opens another person's pay, the access is logged, and the owner sees who opened it.

Who did what
The appointment history and the client record show who confirmed, rescheduled or canceled. Each person can receive schedule alerts on their own WhatsApp or Telegram.
